It is a cottage cheese which is prepared by adding food acid, such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or dahi (yogurt), to hot milk to separate the curds from whey. Curds are drained with the help of muslin or cheese cloth and the excess water pressed out from this to shape it as cheese. After some time put this into water for few hours so that it could settle down to prepare many recipes.

Chilli cheese recipe is spicy, sour and crispy dish. We use it as appetizer made with garlic, onion, capsicum and chicken. Many children likes this dish and enjoy eating because it is not much spicy then we think. We can easily make it at home with some veggies like potato, chicken, lamb meat, toadstool (mushroom)etc. You can use ajinomoto but we recommend not to use it as it is not good for health and its optional you can add if you like it.
You don’t need to work hard to make this dish because mostly Chinese foods cook swiftly and liked by many people. To make this dish you don’t have to watch and read much in the same way. We can add lots of vegetable to make it delicious and healthy. For health conscious person it is a good recipe for mouth and body. You can make this recipe without oil just doesn’t fry the veggies and marinate green vegetables with dry spicy.
Chili Paneer Recipe Time
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Serve : 4 people
- 1 pound paneer
- 2 medium onion
- 1table spoon ginger
- 1table spoon garlic
- 2 medium capsicum
- 1tea spoon salt
- 1 1/2 spoon Red chili paste/green chilli sauce
- 1 table spoon vinegar
- ½ Black pepper
- 1 table spoon Corn starch
- 1 ½ tablespoon Soya sauce
- 11/2 Refind flour (optional)
- 2 table spoon tomato sauce
- ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
- 2 slit Green chilli (Optional)
- MSG (ajinomoto) ( optional)
- 1 cup Normal water (as required)
Preparation of Paneer
In a bowl add washed paneer, deepen the cheese in deep water before cutting it so that it become soft. Then cut it into medium pieces so that it would not breaks while frying after coating. Put salt, red chili powder, and lemon juice or little vinegar in a bowl to make a batter with cornstarch or Maida. Ensure that it is completely dry and limbs free then leave it for half an hour.
Steps to make Chilli Paneer Recipe at Home
Step1: First, take cut some vegetables in a bowl. We need chopped onion, medium cube size capsicum and green chili slit and chopped them. Keep it on other side.
Step 2: Keep wok on a gas add oil for deep frying after that heat oil then add marinated cheese.
Step 3: After putting cheese into wok, separate it so that it does not stick. It should be brown well from both side and crispy.
Step 4: Keep it out from wok when color changed to golden or brown then dry it with tissue paper and leave for some time.
Step 5: Put an empty wok on the other flame. Pour little bit sesame oil (as required). Then add ginger and garlic paste and sauté until light brown.
Step 6: Add capsicum and onion tossed it for 5 second then add all spices like red chili sauce or green chili (as per taste), soya sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper powder.
Step 7: Then make corn starch liquid pour it for flavors. Toss it for 2 minutes until dry.
Step8: At last sprinkle spring onion and sesame seeds then serve hot with rice and noodles.
